In the context of rapid growth in digital economy, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and the need for sovereign IT infrastructure, demand for high-power, energy-efficient, and scalable data centers demonstrates sustainable long-term growth dynamics.

Key Project Components
Hyperscale Data Centers
Large-scale data centers serving major digital companies, international cloud providers, and corporate clients. Capacity from 10 MW to 100+ MW per facility.
Energy Efficiency
Implementation of advanced technologies: free cooling, liquid cooling, use of renewable energy sources. Target PUE below 1.3.
Telecommunications Network
Fiber-optic backbone networks with 100+ Gbps capacity, direct connectivity to international channels TEA, Europe-Asia, Trans-Siberian.
AI Infrastructure Hub
Specialized infrastructure for AI companies: high-performance computing clusters based on GPU/TPU, platforms for machine learning and Big Data processing.
Cloud Service Hub
Platform for cloud providers: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions. Support for hybrid and multi-cloud architectures for corporate clients.
Sovereign Infrastructure
National IT infrastructure compliant with security requirements, data localization, and technological sovereignty. Compliance with Kazakhstan legislation.
International Standards
Compliance with Tier III/IV standards (Uptime Institute), ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 50001 (energy management), PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II.
Modular Architecture
Flexible modular design for rapid scaling. Phased capacity deployment from 5 MW with expansion steps up to 100+ MW.
Power Supply
Connection to 110 kV high-voltage lines. 2N redundancy scheme. Own substations. Backup generators with automatic transfer switches (ATS).
